Subject to availability, I offer learning opportunities in areas such as homesteading, land management, and generating income from your land.
What I do is help with land projects including design, implementation, and management of commercial homesteads. Taking care of the heavy logistics.
It's one thing to spend hundreds of thousands to be self sufficient. It's another to recover that investment to make it possible to do it for generations.

Hiring services provide immediate expert solutions for specific land management and design outcomes. You don't need to know how to get started to make progress towards your dream.
For those who want to escape the city, or develop generational land speed is important. If you have recently inherited land, a third-party assessment will save you from regrets later.
Most inherited farm land is sold pennies on the dollar, or stripped of valuable resources by children who won't know any better. Is that what you want now or in the future?
Children get excited about quick cash, in moments destroying what could become a legacy. I make referrals to estate planning and can help with business structure.
Again, that's more complex than a few YouTube videos and a workbook. Too many go broke homesteading because they don't understand the complex nature of the task.
